Container blasting chambers manufactured by SANT-TECH owe their popularity to their mobility and compact construction.

They are manufactured on the basis of sea containers and thanks to that there is the possibility of their quick and trouble-free movement not only in the plant but also wherever abrasive blasting is needed.

We offer them in the simplest (economic) versions, eg with manual abrasive loading, for more advanced ones, eg with automatic abrasive circulation and a very efficient separation system, a track, a cart (manual or fully automated), etc ..

At present, we are in the process of implementing a contract for the supply of several sets of processing chambers for German nuclear power plants. We have produced these kits together with German engineers and will be used to remove the radioactive layer from concrete blocks in terminated nuclear power plants in Germany.

These chambers are equipped among others with:

- tracks 12 m long and trolleys (trolley) with pneumatic drive for transporting concrete blocks weighing 8 tons,

- sequential system of pneumatic abrasive transport,

- two-stage abrasive recirculation system (cyclone + vibrating screen),

- air filtration system completed with HEPA filtration units

-radar system for measuring the filling of tanks with radioactive dust
