PK-AS series blasting cabinets are fully automated sandblasters consisting of:

• blast cabinet equipped with a set of nozzles with the possibility of regulation
• automatic turntable with smooth on-the-go regulation of speed
• efficient abrasive media separator/ reclaimer.

The implementation of advanced technologies in PK-AS series sandblasters made it possible to considerably speed up the sandblasting process and minimize the operator's effort needed to operate the machine.

The blast cabin can be individually customized so as to best fit the size and shape of the sandblasted object and optimize the process of the performed surface treatment.

The use of an automatic turntable with smooth regulation of rotary speed makes it easier to maintain optimum conditions for efficient sandblasting. Based on the thickness of the layer to be sandblasted/ cleaned and the required precision of necessary surface treatment, the operator can set both the desired speed of the machine and the angles of the blast nozzles.
